摘　　要：目的研究amicoumacin B(04-5195A)对骨形态形成蛋白因子Ⅱ(BMP-2)的作用。方法采用RT-PCR技术,考察amicoumacin B对人骨肉瘤MG63细胞bmp-2基因转录的影响;应用流式细胞分析技术研究amicoumacin B对MG63细胞BMP-2蛋白表达水平的影响。结果与未给药组相比,amicoumacin B给药组MG63细胞的bmp-2基因mRNA水平和BMP-2蛋白水平均呈现明显升高。结论首次证明amicoumacin B有上调bmp-2基因表达的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of amicoumacin B on bone morphogenetic protein-2 （BMP-2）. Methods The effect of amicoumacin B to bmp-2 transcription and expression in MG63 cells were studied by means of RT-PCR analysis and Flowcytometry respectively. Result The level of mRNA and BMP-2 protein in MG63 cells of the amicoumacin B group was increased compared with that of the control group. Conclusion The upregulating activity of amicoumacin B on bmp-2 gene expression is proved for the first time.
