摘　　要：为提高扎那米韦烷氧烷基酯化物的收率,本文对其合成工艺进行研究。采用HPLC监测反应,通过改变反应溶剂和改进分离纯化方法,确定稳定的合成工艺,反应收率由约10%提高至60%～80%。We studied the synthetic process of alkoxyalkyl esters of zanamivir to improve the overall yields. By using HPLC to monitor the reaction, altering the solvent, optimizing separation and purification methods, a stable synthetic process was established and the total yield was improved from 10% to 60%～80%.
