摘　　要：目的测定健康成人血清犬尿喹啉酸(KYNA)含量,初步建立其参考值范围。方法随机选取108例18～58岁健康人,采用高效液相色谱-荧光法(HPLC-FLD)检测其血清KYNA及色氨酸(TRP)含量,同时计算KYNA与TRP(KA/T)比值,并探讨其与年龄和性别的关系。结果健康成人血清KYNA含量为11.85～45.32nmol/L,(x±s)=(23.30±8.31)nmol/L,KA/T比值为(0.22～1.03)×10-3,(x±s)=(0.51±0.20)×10-3。血清KYNA含量与TRP含量成正相关关系(rs=0.192,P=0.046),与年龄无关;KA/T比值与年龄成正相关关系(rs=0.333,P=0.000);性别之间,KYNA含量及KA/T比值差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论该研究在国内首次测定了健康成人的血清KYNA含量及KA/T比值,为该项目的临床及科研应用提供基础性数据。[Objective] To determine the serum kynurenic acid （KYNA） and kynurenic acid/tryptophan （KA/T） ratio values in healthy person and establish their reference value. [Methods] The concentrations of serum KYNA and TRP levels in 108 healthy subjects （age 18-58 year） were determined by high performance liquid chromatography--fluorescence detection （HPLC-FLD）, and the content ratio of KYNA to TRP （KA/T） were calculated. [Results] The serum KYNA and KA/T ratio reference values in 108 healthy persons were 11.85-45.32 nmol/L and （0.22-1.03） ×10^-3, respectively. KYNA level correlated positively with the level of TRP level with rs=0.192, P =0.046;meanwhile, KA/T ratio correlated positively with age（rs=0.333, P =0.000）. And it showed no difference in concentrations of KYNA and KA/T ratio in gender （P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion] It provides basis for establishing the reference ranges of serum KYNA in China and for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
