摘  要:目的了解嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌感染的临床及耐药性特点。方法2005年5月~20007年4月从临床送检标本分离68株嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌,采用MicroScan40型进行鉴定,测定其对12种抗生素的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果在68株嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌对常用的抗生素的耐药监测中,氨曲南、头孢三嗪、庆大霉素和亚胺培南的耐药率为100%。复方新诺明敏感率最高(57.4%)。结论复方新诺明的抑菌率最高,可有效的抑制嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌感染。[Objecfiv] To study the clinical and drug-resistance characteristics of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia infection. [Methods] A total of 68 strains of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia were isolated from patients in our hospital, during the period of May 2005 to April 2007. They were identified by MicroScan40. The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of 12 antibiotics were determined. [Results] Among resistance of 68 strains of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia to frequently used antibiotics monitiored resistance, the resistance rates of strains to Aztreonam, Ceftriaxone, Gentamicin, Imipenem were 100%. The highest susceptibity was seen in Trimethoprim+Sulfamethoxazole (57.4%). [Conclusions] Trimethoprim+Sulfamethoxazole have the highest antibacterial activity and is also effective against Stenotrophomonas maltophilia infection.
