类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌败血症25例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌败血症临床特点,总结诊断和治疗经验,提高诊疗水平。方法回顾性分析25例类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌败血症的临床表现、诊疗经过和转归。结果类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌败血症临床表现多样化,多合并有糖尿病,误诊率高,病情凶险,且可选用的有效抗生素较少,疗程长。结论加强认识,早期诊断,尽早使用敏感抗生素,是治疗成功的关键。[Objective] To study the clinical features of Burkholdefia Pseudomallei septicemia, elucidate the strategy of diagnosis and therapy. [Methods] The clinical characteristics, process of diagnosis and treatment, and clinical outcomes were analyzed restrospectively. [Results] Diversification was commonly seen in Burkholderia Pseudomallei septicemia, most of which combined with type 2 diabetes, and easy to be misdiagnosed. Furthermore, most antibiotic was insensitive to Burkholderla Pseudomallei, and severe pathogenetic condition required long-term therapy. [Conclusions] Distinctive diagnosis and treatment with sensitive antibiotic at early stage of Burkholderia Pseudomallei septicemia are necessary for an effective therapy.
