摘　　要：目的探讨深部静脉血栓(DVT)患者血浆蛋白C活性和D-二聚体水平及意义。方法采用发色底物法(蛋白C)和免疫比浊法(D-二聚体)对28例DVT患者血浆蛋白C活性和D-二聚体进行了检测,并与正常对照组(n=20)进行比较。结果DVT患者血浆D-二聚体水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),而蛋白C活性比正常对照组明显减低(P<0.01)。结论DVT与蛋白C活性减低有关。D-二聚体增高对于诊断DVT有重要意义。[Objective] To study the clinical significance of plasma levels of pmtein C and D-dimer in patients with deep vein thrombosis （DVT）. [Methods] Synthetic chromogenic substrate method （protein C） and immunechromatogram method （D-dimer） were used to detect the plasma levels of protein C and D-dimer in 28 cases of DVT, and compared with the normal control group （n =20）. [Results] The plasma levels of D-dimer in patients with DVT were obviously higher than normal control group （P 〈0.01）, and the activity of protein C in patients with DVT was obviously lower than normal control group （P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion] DVT is associated with the reduction of protein cactivity. Increased level of D-dimer is useful for diagnosing DVT.
