摘　　要：从采矿技术向工艺连续化和运输方式多样高效方向发展、无扰动矿山采矿技术的发展、矿山的数字化、智能化与无人化采矿技术发展方面介绍了国内外矿山采矿技术发展趋势,按露天矿、井下矿的不同阐述了鞍钢矿山采矿技术发展现状,分析了鞍钢矿山采矿技术特点,提出了加快鞍钢采矿技术进步的建议。The development trend of domestic and foreign mining technology is presented, including the development towards process continuation in mining technology and towards diversity and effectiveness in transport modes, the development of undisturbed mining technology, the mine digitalization and intelligentization, and the manless mining technology. The development status of the mining technology of Ansteel＇s mines is described in resptect of open - pit mines and underground mines, the characteristics of AnSteel＇s mining technology are analyzed, and the suggestions on speeding up AnSteel mining technology are given.
