疏肝活血养阴法配合盐酸氯西汀治疗系统性红斑狼疮合并抑郁障碍临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨疏肝活血养阴法治疗系统性红斑狼疮合并抑郁障碍的临床疗效。方法系统性红斑狼疮合并抑郁障碍患者70例,随机分为2组,各35例。对照组予盐酸氯西汀20mg,每日1次口服。治疗组在对照组基础上加用疏肝活血养阴中药。7周为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察2组治疗前后抑郁症状改善情况及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率97.0%,对照组总有效率88.0%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后抑郁评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏肝活血养阴法配合盐酸氯西汀治疗系统性红斑狼疮合并抑郁障碍比单纯盐酸氯西汀治疗疗效显著。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shuganhuoxueyangyin therapy on systemic lupus erythe matosus complicated with depression disorder. Methods 70 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus complicated by depression disorder were randomly divided into two groups. 35 patients in control group were treated by fluoxetine hydrochloride 20 mg once a day; the other 35 patients in treatment group, on the basis of control group, were treated by Shuganhuoxueyangyin medicine, with a treatment course of 7 weeks for both groups. The therapeutic effect and the state of improvement of depression symptoms were observed before and after the treatment. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 97.0% ,which was 88.0% in control group,there was a significant difference in the therapeutic effect and depression scoring between two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Shuganhuoxueyangyin therapy is effective in treating systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with depression disorder.
