摘  要:选取了壳聚糖、CGG、CPAM 3种助留助滤剂,分别研究了其对烟草薄片浆料Zeta电位、动态滤水和单程留着率、填料留着率以及对薄片抗张强度的影响,以期能够提高烟草薄片生产过程中的纸机运行性能、提高生产效率。研究结果表明:3种助留助滤剂对浆料Zeta电位、助滤性能、留着性能的影响具有相似的规律:壳聚糖>CPAM>CGG。壳聚糖用量达到0.6%时,其助留助滤性能基本能够满足纸机抄造系统的使用要求以及烟草薄片的性能要求,其用量继续提高会引起浆料的强烈絮聚,对抄纸过程和产品质量将产生不利影响;CGG和CPAM在较高用量时,浆料的絮聚并不显著,提高其用量,对浆料的助留助滤性能仍有提高的潜力。The manufacture of tobacco sheet by using papermaking technology is widely used in the tobacco industry in recent years,but there are few studies dealing with the additives application in the manufacture of the tobacco sheet. Three kinds of additives (cationic guar gum(CGG), chitosan and CPAM) were selected as the retention and drainage aids and their effects on the Zeta potential, dynamic drainage, first pass retention, filler retention and strength of the sheet were studied in order to improve the runnability of the machine. The results showed that these three kinds of additives have similar effect on the Zeta potential, drainage and retention, the order of the efficiency from high to low is chitosan〉CPAM〉CGG. Adding 0.6% of chitosan can satisfy the retention and drainage requirement of the system. The chitosan dosage increases continuously will cause the fierce floc in the furnish which has negative effect on the papermaking process and the quality of the product. On the contrary, high dosage of CGG or CPAM does not lead to severe furnish floc, the retention and drainage property can be further improved if their dosage increases.
