摘　　要：目的:探讨立体定向手术的可靠性和安全性,研究手术方法及技术要点。方法:回顾性分析42例立体定向手术,其中对脑深部病灶活检病理学检查12例,立体定向手术治疗囊性病变30例。结果:获取各类脑肿瘤的病理学诊断11例,30例囊性病变的症状全部得到缓解。结论:现代立体定向脑深部病灶活检技术安全可靠,对于不能耐受开颅手术的病例可以达到缓解症状,延长生存期的目的。Objective： To evaluate the safety and accuracy of minimally invasive stereotactic biopsy of the brain, explore the operation method and technical note. Methods ： To analyze 42 cases of stereotactic surgery. There were 12 cases with deep brain lesion had pathobiology diagnosis. 30 eases were cystic disease. Results： 11 eases were diagnosed pathologically by brain biopsy. 30 cases with cystic disease were relieved. Conclusion ： The stereotactic surgery is a safe and reliable method for pathological diagnosis of brain lesions, it can relieve the pain and prolong the life for those cases which can not bare the surgery.
