摘  要:建立了燃烧福建无烟煤CFB锅炉炉内脱硫的一步法反应模型.模型的计算结果与工业实际脱硫试验数据吻合较好,能反映出脱硫效率随钙硫物质的量之比的变化且有拐点的现象.数值模拟结果表明,在钙硫物质的量之比保持不变的条件下,脱硫效率随着流化速度的增加而降低,随着物料循环流率的增加而提高,随着燃烧温度的升高而增加;当其他运行参数不变时,负荷波动对脱硫效率的影响很微弱.One-step desulphurization reaction model of Fujian anthracite combustion in circulating flttidized bed (CFB) boiler was established. Results calculated from the model agree well with those obtained from industrial experiments, which can describe the tendency of the variation of desulphurization efficiency with the Ca/S mole ratio and reflect the fact that an optimal Ca/S mole ratio exists for each definite boiler performance. Numerical simulation indicate that, when the Ca/S mole ratio remains constant, the desulphurization efficiency decreases as the flue gas velocity increases and increases as the circulation ratio increases; with the rising of combustion temperature, the desulphurization efficiency increases as well, while the desulphurization efficiency stays almost constant with the change of load.
