摘  要:从工艺流程和主要设备等方面介绍了6万t/a甲醇装置合成系统的概况。对合成系统采用的新型铜基催化剂从其装填和升温还原方法以及操作运行要求等方面进行了应用总结,结果表明,新型铜基催化剂与原使用的催化剂相比,平均使用寿命延长了3个月,在催化剂温度达到290℃时仍无结腊现象,且机械强度、活性、抗毒性等方面均有所提高。Author has introduced the situation in synthetic system of methanol plant with a capacity of 60 000 t/a from aspects of process flow and main equipment etc. , utilization summarization was made for the new type copper base catalyst adopted in the synthetic system from aspects of its filling, heating & reducing methods and operating requirements etc. , the result indicates that the average service life of the new type copper base catalyst was three months longer than that of the catalyst originally used, no wax fouling phenomenon exists in case of the temperature of eatalyst being reached to 290 CO, moreover the properties can be slightly increased in respects of mechanical strength, activity and poison resistance etc.
