摘　　要：综述了几种分子生物学技术的特点及其近年来在昆虫分类中的应用。分析了形态学分类方法在检疫性昆虫鉴定中所存在的问题,并探讨了分子生物学技术在检疫性昆虫鉴定中的应用前景。The characteristics of molecular biology techniques were summarized of Zhejiang Province, such as RAPD, RFLP, AFLP and SSCP. And their applications in classification and identification were described in recent years. The problems on morphology in identification of quarantine insect were analyzed and the application prospect of molecular biology techniques in identification of quarantine insect was diseussed.
