摘 要:[目的]培育新的哈克尼西胞质不育系,实现棉花三系配套。[方法]采用回交转育的方法,进行棉花胞质雄性不育系的培育。[结果]利用农一师哈克尼西胞质不育系作为母本,农七师稳定的高代优质棉品系1038作保持系,进行连续6年12代的转育,选育成新的高品质胞质不育系1038A。不育系1038A具备胞质不育系的特点:100%的不育,与哈克尼西胞质不育系相比,具有大铃、优质、抗病的特点。利用海岛棉恢复系97!1R和1304R均可使其F1代恢复育性。[结论]用不育系1038A与海岛棉恢复系1304R配置的杂交组合科杂7号表现为大铃、高衣分、早熟、丰产、优质、抗病的特点,2006年被新疆自治区品种委员会审定并命名为新杂棉2号。[Objective] The research aimed to cultivate a new cytoplasmic sterile line to implement the assembling three-line of cotton. [Method] Cytoplasmic male sterile lines were cultivated using backcross method. [Result] Using the cytoplasmic sterile line of G.harknessii cotton from the first division of agricultural production as female parent and using the strain 1038 of high quality upland cotton from the seventh division of agricultural production as male sterile maintainer, 1038A of cytoplasmic sterile line of high quality upland cotton was produced via backcross of 12 times in 6 years. This sterile line had the characteristics of cytoplasmic sterile line, 100% sterilitas. This sterile line had the traits of prematurity, big cotton ball, high quality and disease resistance, and overcomed the shortcomings of G.harknessii cotton. Using the restoring line of upland cotton and the restoring line 97-1R and 1304R of island cotton from the first division of agricultural production, the FI of this sterile line could produce seeds normally. [Conclusion] The hybridized combinations of Keza No.7 was assembled using the sterile line 1308A and the restoring line 1304R of island cotton, which had the traits of big cotton boll, high fibre yield, prematurity, fertility, high quality and disease resistance. It was named Xinjiang hybrid cotton No.2 by Xinjiang municipality variety committee.
