抱茎獐牙菜中当药黄素的HPLC测定研究

摘　　要：[目的]采用反相高效液相色谱法对抱茎獐牙菜中当药黄素的含量进行测定。[方法]色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250mm×4.60mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-浓度0.02%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1ml/min,检测波长为260nm。[结果]当药黄素在0.92-4.60μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9995。平均加样回收率为98.73%,RSD为0.31%。[结论]抱茎獐牙菜中当药黄素在花的部位含量最高。该测定方法适应性广,可用于测定抱茎獐牙菜中的当药黄素。[Objective] The research aimed to determine the content of swertisin in different parts of Swertia franchetiana H.Smith by reversed- phase high performance liquid chromatography. [Method] The analysis was performed on a Kromasil C18 （250 mm×4.60 mm, 5 μm）. The mobile phase consisted of CH3OH and 0.02% phosphoric acid in water. The flow rate was 1 ml/min. The detection wavelength was at 260 nm. [Result] The linear range of swertisin was within 0.92- 4.60 μg（r=0.999 5）. The average recovery was 98.73% ,RSD was 0.31%. [Conclusion] The content of swertisin was most high in flowers.
