失地农民市民化中角色转换问题的思考

摘　　要：城市化进程中,失地农民由于受各种因素影响和制约,在实现由农民向市民转换的过程中,在生活方式、心理适应及文化观念等方面很难在短期内顺利融入城市生活,这必然会影响到城市的和谐、稳定和发展。因此,应从政府与失地农民自身两方面入手加以引导,妥善解决失地农民市民化的角色转换问题。In the process of urbanization, land -losing peasants are affected and limited by various factors. Land -losing peasants are difficult in adapting to the life of city from some aspects in peasant-to-citizen process, such as life fashion, mental adaptation and culture concept and so on, which can affect the harmonious, stabilization and development of city. So the problem of the role transition of land -losing peasants can be solved properly from 2 aspects, governments and land-losing peasants.
