摘　　要：在新形势下,农村经济如何有效发展既是"三农"问题的核心,也是新农村建设的关键。基于社会学的视角,以宣恩小茅坡营苗族村为研究对象,通过调查指出农业科技进步对武陵少数民族地区农村经济的发展产生了深刻的影响,进而提出了相应的建议。The effective development of the agricultural economy is not only a key to ＂san_nong problem＂ but also a inherent key of the construction of the new village under the new situations. Based on the sociology, the authors point out that the advancement of agricultural science and technology plays a profound effect on the agricultural economy on basis of investigation, then put forward some relevant constructive suggestions.
