对哈尔滨市绿脓杆菌血清型和耐药性的调查

摘　　要：对从哈市5所医院分离的112株绿脓杆菌系统鉴定后,进行了血清学和耐药性调查。结果表明,血清学6、2和3型分别占32.14%、15.18%、15.18%,为主要流行型,共占总分离株的62.50%,对10种抗生素5耐以上者占69.60%,其中对多粘菌素、妥布霉素、丁胺卡那霉素3种抗生素最为敏感,敏感率分别为100%、69.60%和86.5%。112 hospital strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from five different hospitals in Harbin were serotyped by a slide agglutination test, types 6, 2 and 3 predominated, accounting for more than 62.5% of all isolated strains. The results of susceptibility testing these strains against to 10 antimicrobial agents (PLO, TOB, AKN, GM, CM, KM, SM, EM, AM, CBPC) showed that the drug resistance was serious. 69.6% of those strains resistanted to 5 agents or more, POL, TOB, AKN were the antibiotics to which pseudomonas aeruginosa were mostly sensitive. This paper also indicated that the sensitive strains numbers of type 6, 2 and 3 to 10 agents respectively.
