摘 要:[目的]提高农药的有效利用率、减轻其毒性和药害、降低环境污染。[方法]在L9(34)正交试验中,以包封率为判断指标,研究药胶质量比、搅拌速度、固化时间对嘧菌酯微囊包封率的影响。[结果]药胶质量比、搅拌速度、固化时间对嘧菌酯微囊包封率的影响依次为:药胶比>搅拌速度>固化时间。根据包封率确定的最佳工艺条件为:药胶比1.0∶10.0,搅拌速度100 r/min,固化时间30 min。经验证,由此工艺制得的嘧菌酯微囊的包封率可达70%。[结论]用该法制备农药微囊能改善药物的物理特性,提高农药的有效利用率。[Objective] The study aimed to enhance the available utilization rate of pesticides, lighten their toxicities and pesticide injuries and reduce environmental pollution. [ Method] In L9(3^4) orthogonal experiment, with encapsulation rate as judgment index, the effects of the mass ratio of pesticide to glutine, stirring speed, solidification time on the encapsulation rate of azoxystrobin microcapsules were studied. [Result] The effects of the mass ratio of pesticide to glutine, stirring speed, solidification time on the encapsulation rate of azoxystrobin microcapsules in order were ratio of pesticide to glutine 〉 stirring speed 〉 solidification time, The optimum technological condition ascertained according to encapsulation rate was the ratio of pesticide to glutine of 1.0:10.0, stirring speed of 100 r/min and solidification time of 30 min. The validation showed that the encapsulation rate of azoxystrobin microcapsules prepared by this technology could reach 70%. [ Conclusion] Preparation of pesticide microcapsules by this method could improve the physical characteristics of pesticides and enhance their available utilization rates.
