摘 要:[目的]为了更好地开发利用麻黄。[方法]用赤霉素和生根粉分别处理麻黄种子,采用对比法研究激素对麻黄种子发芽率及成苗率的影响。[结果]用赤霉素、生根粉溶液浸泡种子1 d后分别有27、21枚麻黄种子发芽,砂藏后激素处理的种子5 d内发芽结束。激素处理提高了麻黄种子的发芽率,集中了出苗时间,且赤霉素比生根粉更能促进种子发芽。激素处理提高了麻黄种子的出苗率。生根粉处理的麻黄种子出苗率、幼苗的根长与对照差异均显著。[结论]激素处理显著提高了麻黄种子的发芽率、出苗率和成苗率,增加了麻黄幼苗期的根长。[Objective] The study aimed to exploit Ephedra sinica better. [Method] The E. sinica seeds were treated with gibberellin and rooting powder resp. The effects of hormones on the germination and seedling rate of E. sinica seeds were studied by comparison method. [Result] After E. sinica seeds were soaked in gibberellin and rooting powder solutions for 1 d, there were 27 and 21 E. sinica seeds germinated. The germination of seeds treated with hormone after sand storing ended in 5 d. The treatments with hormones enhanced the germination rate of E. sinica seeds and centralized emergence time, and the effect of gibberellin on promoting seeds to germinate was better than that of rooting powder. The treatments with hormones enhanced the emergence rate of E. sinica seeds. The emergence rate of E. sinica seeds treated with rooting powder and their root lengths of seedling had significant difference from CK. [Conclusion] The treatments with hormones significantly enhanced the germination, emergence and seedling rates of E. sinica seeds and increased the root length of E. sinica in seedling stage.
