摘  要:[目的]为大豆豆芽专用品种的选育提供参考。[方法]采用发芽试验,研究不同来源的77份大豆种质的发芽特性及籽粒形态的遗传变异特点。[结果]不同大豆品种萌发到达不同历期的时间和增重存在差异,种子形态、豆芽的产量和长度、油分含量均存在显著差异。黄皮大豆的豆芽产量增长率最高,青皮大豆的豆芽最长。豆芽产量与百粒重呈极显著负相关,与脐大小、脐形及油分含量呈显著负相关;豆芽长度与百粒重、脐形呈极显著负相关;百粒重与脐大小、脐形及油分含量呈极显著正相关,粒形指数、蛋白质含量与油分含量均呈显著负相关。[结论]大豆的种子性状可作为豆芽专用品种选育与利用的间接指标。[ Objective] The aim of the research was to provide references for breeding the special soybean variety for bean sprout. [Method] In the germination test, the genetic variation characteristics of germination characteristics and gain morphology in 77 shares of soybean gemaplasm from different sources were studied. [ Result ] The germination time and weight gain of different soybean varieties that reached different duration had difference..The seed morphology, the yield and length of bean sprout and oil content had significant difference. The yield increase rate of yellow-skinned soybean was highest, the bean sprout of green-skinned soybean was longest. The yield of bean sprout showed an extremely significant negative correlation with 100-gain weight and showed a significant negative correlation with hilum size, hilum shape and oil content. The length of bean sprout showed an extremely significant negative correlation with 100-gain weight and hilum shape. 100-gain weight showed an extremely significant positive correlation with hilum size, hilum shape and oil content. The grain shape index and protein content beth showed extremely significant correlation with oil content. [Conclusion] The seed traits of soybean could be taken as the indirect index for the breeding and utilization of special soybean variety for bean sprout.
