摘 要:[目的]研究不同抗倒性甘蓝型油菜主茎的硅、钾含量。[方法]以抗倒性不同的9个甘蓝型油菜品种为材料,计算倒伏指数,测定主茎的硅、钾含量,探讨油菜茎秆中硅、钾含量与植株抗倒性的关系。[结果]中双9号的倒伏指数最低,抗倒性最强,湘杂油2号的倒伏指数最高。中双9号的硅含量最高,为1.2527%,与其他品种存在显著差异,湘杂油6号的硅含量最低,为0.003 7%。中双9号的钾含量最低,为0.870 0%,富油3号最高,为9.416 7%。倒伏指数与主茎硅、钾含量的相关系数分别为-0.209 40、.141 0,相关性均不显著。[结论]该研究为抗倒伏高产油菜品种的选育和栽培提供了参考依据。[Objective] The researeh aimed to study the contents of Si and K in main stem of Brassica napus L. with different lodging resistance. [Method] Taking 9 varieties of B. napus with different lodging resistance as tested materials, the lodging index was calculated and the contents of Si and K in main stem were determined. And the correlation between the contents of Si and K in the stem of B. napus and the lodging resistance of plants was discussed. [ Result ] The lodging index of Zhongshuang 9 was lowest and its lodging resistance was strongest, while the lodging index of Xiangzayou 6 was highest. The content of Si in Zhongshuang 9 was highest ( 1.252 7% ), which had significant difference with other varieties. The content of Si in Xiangza- you6 was lowest, being 0.003 7%. The content of K in Zhongshuang 9 was lowest, being 0.870 0%, and that in Fuyon 3 was highest, being 9.416 7 %. The correlation coefficients between the lodging index and Si content and K content in main stem were - 0.209 4 and 0.141 0 resp, both of the relativities were not significant. [Conclusion] The research provided reference basis for the breeding and cultivation of the high-yield rape varieties with lodging resistance.
