摘  要:[目的]为从羊蹄中寻找具有药用价值的内生真菌奠定基础。[方法]利用PDA培养基进行羊蹄内生真菌的分离、纯化和初步鉴定,并对其进行多样性分析。[结果]从羊蹄中共分离到45株内生真菌,其中根部21株,占46.67%。从茎部和叶部分别分离到14株和10株。这说明羊蹄根部的内生真菌资源比茎部和叶部更为丰富。羊蹄根部的内生真菌比茎中和叶中生长得快。形态学鉴定结果表明分离菌株中共有青霉属8株,木霉属4株,镰孢霉属3株,拟茎点霉属、黑霉属和曲霉属各1株,无孢类群27株(占整个内生真菌类群的60%)。[结论]青霉属、木霉属和镰孢霉属为羊蹄内生真菌的优势种属,而无孢类群为其绝对优势类群。[Objective] Thereseareh aimed to lay the foundation for seeking the endophytie fungi in Radix rumicis Japoniei with the medicinal value. [Method] PDA medium was used to isolate, purify and identify preliminarily the endophytie fungi in R. rumicis and analyze its diversity. [Result] 45 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from R, rumicis, 21 strains of which were in the root, occupying 46.67%. 14 and 10 strains were isolated from the stem and the leaves resp. This indicated that the endophytic fungi resources in the root of R, rumicis were more abundant than that in the stem and leaves. The endophytie fungi in the root of R. rumicis grew faster than that in the stem and leaves. The results of morphological identification showed that there were 8 stanis of Penicillium, 4 stains of Trichodema, 3 stains of Fusarium, 1 strain of Phomopsis, black mold and Aspergillus and 27 stains of Mycelia sterilia (occupying 60% of the whole endophytic fungi ). [Conclusion] Penicillium, Trichoderma and Fusarium were the dominant species of the endophytie fungi in R. rumicis and Mycelia sterilia was its absolutely dominant group.
