药用蕨类植物狗脊内生真菌的初步研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究药用蕨类植物狗脊的内生真菌。[方法]首次从蕨类植物狗脊的根、茎、叶中分离获得内生真菌,光学显微镜下观察真菌的形态。[结果]从狗脊的根、茎、叶中共分离获得14株内生真菌,分属于3纲4目5科7属,多数属于半知菌,拟青霉属和拟盘多毛孢属为优势属,分别占总株数的28.57%和21.42%。狗脊的不同部位内生真菌的数量、分布、种群及组成存在差异。狗脊根、茎、叶分离内生真菌的频率顺序为:茎>根>叶,拟青霉属也是狗脊根、茎和叶内生真菌的优势种类。[结论]该研究丰富了内生真菌的生物种群。[ Objective] The purpose was to study the endophytic fungi in a medicinal fern- Cibotium barometz. [ Method] The endophytic fungi were isolated from the root, stem and leaf of C. barornetz for the first time, Their morphologies were observed under optical microscope, [ Result] Fourteen strains of endophytie fungi were isolated from the root, stem and leaf of C. barometz totally, belonging to 7 genera, 5 families, 4 orders, and 3 classes. Most of them belonged to Deuteromyeete, Paeeilomyees and Pestalotiopsis were dominant genera, aeeotmting for 28.57% and 21.42% resp. in total strains. The quantity, distribution, population and composition of endophytie fungi had difference among different parts of C. barometz. The occurrence frequencies of isolating endophytie fungi from the root, stem and leaf of C. barometz in order were stem 〉 root 〉 leaf. Paeeilomyces was also dominant genus among endophytic fungi in the root, stem and leaf of C. barometz. [ Conclusion] The study enriched the biological population of endophytic fungi.
