摘  要:[目的]为选育中药优良品种,提高中药质量探索新道路,增强我国中药的出口竞争能力。[方法]对灵明、龙1号、龙2号、韩1号、韩2号、圆芝、G8、泰山灵芝、灵野1号9个不同品种灵芝进行栽培试验,用多项式模型拟合其6种生物学性状的数据。[结果]方差分析表明,转化后的线性模型达显著水平。对于灵芝单丛个数、鲜重、盖径、盖厚、柄长、柄粗6种生物学性状,处于高峰值的品种分别为灵明、灵明、G8、龙2号、灵明和龙2号,处于低峰值的品种为龙1号。6种生物学性状拟合的R2值(拟合度)分别为:0.91、0.88、0.94、0.91、0.86和0.93。[结论]该研究为灵芝的良种选育提供了科学依据。[Objective] The study aimed to explore the new approach of breeding good varieties of Chinese medicine drug and enhancing its quality so as to increase its export competitive ability. [Method] The cultivation experiment was conducted on 9 Ganoderma lucidum varieties such as Lingming, Long 1, Long 2, Han 1, Han 2, Yuanzhi, G8, Taishanlingzhi and Lingye 1. The data on their 6 biological characters were fitted by polynomial model. [ Result] The variance analysis showed that the transformed linear model reached significant level. As for the 6 biological characters such as number per cluster, fresh weight, cover diameter, cover thickness and stem length and thickness of G. lucidum, the varieties at high peak were Lingming, Lingming, G8, Long 2, Lingming and Long 2 and the variety at low peak was Long 1. The values of R2(fitting degree) in the fittings of the 6 biological characters were 0.91, 0.88, 0.94, 0.91, 0.86 and 0.93 resp. [Conclusion] The study supplied scientific basis for breeding good G. lucidum varieties.
