瑞香狼毒提取液防治烟草黄瓜花叶病药效试验

摘　　要：[目的]研究瑞香狼毒提取液防治烟草黄瓜花叶病的药效。[方法]在烟苗上喷洒不同浓度的瑞香狼毒提取液,观察烟草黄瓜花叶病的发病情况及烟草体内病毒浓度的变化,确定防治效果。[结果]瑞香狼毒提取液1 5001、8752、250 ml/hm^2药后10 d对烟草黄瓜花叶病的防治效果分别为55.0%、59.0%、59.6%,20%病毒A可湿性粉剂1 500 g/hm2的防效为56.9%,瑞香狼毒提取液处理与清水对照病情指数差异极显著。喷施瑞香狼毒提取液后烟叶内的病毒浓度降低,药后10 d病毒浓度下降43.2%-45.9%。[结论]瑞香狼毒提取液对烟草黄瓜花叶病毒具有明显的抑制作用,还可以防治其他病害,具有更广阔的推广前景。[ Objective]The purpose was to study the control efficacy of Stellera chamaejasme extracts on cucumber mosaic disease of tobacco. [Method] The S. chamaejasme extracts with different conch, were sprayed on tobacco seedlings, The disease status of cucumber mosaic disuse oftobacco and the change of virus conch, in tobacco were observed so as to ascertain the control effect. [Result] The control effects of spraying S. chamaejasme extracts at 1 500, 1 875 and 2 250 ml/hm^2 on cucumber mosaic disease of tobacco after 10 d were 55.0%, 59.0% and 59.6% respectively and that of spraying 20% virus A WP at 1 500 g/hm^2 was 56.9%. The difference on disease index between the treatment with S. chamaejasme extracts and CK （clear water） was extremely significant. The virus conch, in tobacco leaves sprayed S. chamaejasme extracts reduced by 43.2 % - 45.9% after 10 d, [ Conclusion] S. chamaejasme extracts had significant inhibitory effect on cucumber mosaic vires of tobacco and also could control the other diseases and had wider popularization prospects.
