山东半岛城市群宜居性评价研究

摘　　要：根据宜居城市的内涵与相关研究,构建宜居城市评价指标体系。运用因子分析法,选取城市居住条件、生态环境、经济水平、社会文化和基础设施5大指标,对山东半岛城市群宜居性水平进行定量分析和评价。结果表明,经济条件和生态环境是山东半岛城市群宜居性的核心要素,半岛城市间及省域城市间宜居水平差异均较大,山东省域整体宜居性尚有待提高。提出提升区域宜居性的对策。Resting upon the studies on the connotations of and relevant researches on ＂Livable City＂, in this paper an indicator system for urban livability assessment was formulated. Then, the author picked up twenty-nine indicators in five aspects, which included the urban residential condition, ecological surrounding, economical development,socio-cultural progress and urban infrastructure etc. And a quantitative analysis and evaluation of the livability of the cities of Shandong Peninsula was made.The result revealed that：（1）the economical development and ecological surrounding were the key factors in determining urban livability level;（2）the disparity of livability level still existed between the cities of this region;（3）the overall livability condition in Shandong Peninsula should be concertedly improved.And finally,some suggestions on improving the livability level of this region were put forward.
