投加棘豆草对绵羊瘤胃纤毛虫数量的影响

摘　　要：对进行棘豆草毒性实验的12只绵羊瘤胃中的纤毛虫在投加棘豆草前、后分别记数。结果为:投加棘豆草之前纤毛虫总数为(81.04±17.87)万/mL,其中全毛虫数量为(6.98±1.82)万/mL;贫毛虫为(74.11±16.93)万/mL。投加棘豆草7d时纤毛虫总数下降到(36.93±14.60)万/mL(P<0.01),其中全毛虫为(5.21±2.29)万/mL(P>0.05);贫毛虫数量下降到(31.72±13.92)万/mL(P<0.01)。投加棘豆草14d、21d时纤毛虫总数、全毛虫和贫毛虫的数量未发生显著变化。Twelve sheep were used to conduct the toxicity test of Oxytropis and count the infusorian numaers in rumen of sheep before and after adding Oxytropis, The results showed that the total infusorian numbers were （81.04±17.87 ）×10^4/ mL, including the whole-woole infusorian which was （6.98±1.82 ）×10^4/mL and the poor-woole infusorian which was （74.11±16.93）×10^4/mL before adding Oxytrepis.The total infusorian numbers decreased and were （36.93±14.80）×10^4/mL （ P 〈 0.01 ）, including the whole-woole infusorian （ 5.21±2.29）×10^4/mL （ P 〉 0.05 ） and the poor-woole infusorian （ 31.72±13.92）×10^4/mL （P 〈 0.01 ） at the one week after adding Oxytropis.There was not significant change of the total infusorian ,the whole-woole infusorian and the poor-woole infusorian numbers at the two and three weeks after adding Oxytropis.
