摘  要:目的探讨MRI对评估各种感觉性神经性耳聋(SNHL)的价值。方法回顾性分析165例SNHL患者的MRI资料,部分与CT作了对比。结果165例中,MRI发现有57例异常(阳性率34.5%),共16种病变,其中儿童(<14岁)以先天性异常-前庭导水管扩大(5例)最常见,成人以听神经瘤(16例)为主,MRI对膜迷路纤维化、出血、微听神经瘤等病变的显示比CT具有明显优势。结论MRI对SNHL病因的诊断很有帮助,是可靠的影像学检查方法。Objective To study MRI value in evaluating the etiology of sensorineural hearing loss(SNHL). Methods MR data of 165 eases of SNHL were retrospectively analysed and compared partly with the corresponding CT findings. Results Of 165 cases,57 cases were found to be abnormal by MRI ( the positive rate was 34.5% ). There were 16 kinds of diseases in these cases. Among these abnormal cases, a congenital abnormality -large vestibular aqueduct(5 cases)was the most common disease happened in children, while acoustic neuromas (16 cases) were more common seen in adult. MR1 was obviously superior to CT in detecting endolymphatic labyrinth fibrosis, labyrinthine hemorrhage, inflammation and small acoustic neuroma. Conclusion MRI is a reliable imaging method for diagnosing SNHL as it is helpful in finding its etiology.
