摘　　要：目的:评价急性跟腱撕裂的超声诊断价值。方法:分析32例有急性踝关节损伤病史、经手术证实为跟腱完全撕裂或部分撕裂患者的超声表现,并与手术结果对照。结果:32例超声均有异常表现,诊断跟腱完全撕裂27例,部分撕裂5例。表现为跟腱腱束连续性完全中断或部分中断。手术结果完全相符。结论:超声能准确显示跟腱撕裂的部位和程度,对临床治疗具有重要的指导意义。Objective： To evaluate the value of uhrasonography in diagnosing achilles tendon rupture. Methods： Uhrasonographic findings in 32 patients with operatively proved acute achilles tendon rupture were analyzed. The manifestations of ultrasonography and operation were compared. Results： The achilles tendon rupture was diagnosed on uhrasonography in 32 cases. Achilles tend.on complete rupture was showed in 27 cases, partial rupture in 5 cases. Uhrasonographic appearance of achilles tendon rupture displayed complete or partial discontinuation of the fibrous bundle. The operation has the same resuh as that of ultrasonography. Conclusion： Ultrasonography can accurately show the degree and portion of acute achilles tendon rupture, which is very helpful for treatment.
