摘　　要：目的探讨新型粘合剂纤维蛋白胶预防腹腔术后粘连的效果。方法对100只成年家兔实施腹腔手术,实验组用纤维蛋白胶处理创面,对照组用生理盐水处理创面。结果实验组的腹腔术后粘连发生率明显低于对照组。结论纤维蛋白胶可有效降低腹腔术后粘连发生率。Objective To evaluate the effect of fibrin glue On preventing adhesion after celiac operation. Methods Celiac operations were done on 100 adult rabbits,and FG was used to treat the wound surface in the test group and Sodium Chloride in the control group. Results The rate of adhesion in the test group was greatly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion FG is the adhesive which can greatly decrease the rate of adhesion.
