摘 要:针对现有的ZnO纳米针场发射的均匀性和稳定性不良问题,提出丝网印刷碳纳米管(CNTs)掺杂过滤的ZnO纳米针的方法,将印刷的薄膜在450~600℃下烧结,并研究了过滤及CNTs掺杂对ZnO纳米针场发射性能的影响。结果表明,印刷薄膜在450℃下烧结,尽管还有残余的浆料存在,但CNTs没有被氧化,而在500℃和600℃下烧结,几乎所有的CNTs被氧化。场发射测试结果显示在相同的电压下,450℃烧结的薄膜具有最高的场发射电流密度和最好的场发射稳定性。由此表明,利用过滤和CNTs掺杂可以有效地提高ZnO纳米针场发射的均匀性和稳定性。To solve the present problem of poor uniformity and stability of field emission for ZnO nanoneedle films, screen printed filtrated ZnO nanoneedles doped with CNTs were presented. The printed ZnO films were sintered at the temperature ranging since 450 ℃ to 600 ℃ to research the effects of filtration and CNTs dopants to the field emission property of printed ZnO nanoneedles. The results showed that CNTs are not oxieded at 450 ℃ although some pasted are still lied on the surface of ITO substrate. However, almost all of the CNTs dopants are turned into oxidation at 500 ℃ or 600 ℃. The field emission results indicated that the highest field emission current density and the best field emission stability were yield when the samples sintered at 450 ℃. It suggested that filtration and CNTs dopants could be applied to improve the uniformity and stability of the field emission effectively.
