摘  要:在25℃、相对湿度50%的条件下,分别在玻璃上旋涂了PEDOT∶PSS,MEH-PPV薄膜,蒸镀了Al薄膜,研究了它们在空气中的导电性能,试验结果表明,PEDOT∶PSS需100s,吸水过程就基本完成,电阻变化率约为66.5%;MEH-PPV薄膜需13.6min吸收水、氧的过程基本完成,电阻变化率为245.5%;Al薄膜仅需50s,和空气中的水、氧的反应已基本完成,其电阻变化率为24.9%,在较短时间内,它们的电阻就发生了迅速的变化。其原因为它们吸收了空气中的水蒸气或者与空气中的水、氧气等发生反应,使其电性能发生了变化。由此得出结论,在PLED器件的功能层制备过程中或者在器件的封装过程中,防止空气中的水、氧气对器件的侵蚀是非常重要的。The PEDOT:PSS and MEH-PPV films were span on the glass, and Al film was vaporized on the glass in the condition of 25 ℃ and relative humidity of 50%. Then the electrical conductivity was studied in the atmosphere. The results indicated that,the resistance change rate of PEDOT:PSS was 66.5% in 100 s, and the process of water absorption completes. The resistance change rate of MEH- PPV was 245.5% in 13.6 min, then its process of absorbing water vapor and oxygen ends. And the resistance change rate of Al film was 24. 5%, whose process of reaction with the water and oxygen finishes. Only after a short time, their resistances change abruptly. The reason was that they have absorbed the vapor and oxygen, which makes their electrical conductivity change. Thereby, prevention in water vapor and oxygen in air is very important in the process of PLED function film preparation and device encapsulation.
