摘　　要：综合分析了国内冷轧(拔)无缝钢管生产过程中磷化和润滑技术的发展情况。我国冷轧(拔)钢管磷化和润滑处理历经初期、中期和快速发展的3个阶段,对各阶段磷化和润滑处理的技术配方及钢管质量进行了剖析。提出了冷轧(拔)钢管磷化液的选择依据和设计原则,以及磷化和润滑技术的发展方向。Generally analyzed are development of the phosphating and lubricating techniques as used in production of cold-rolled （drawn） seamless steel pipes in China. The domestic development of the said techniques experienced three stages, i.e., the initial stage, the middle stage and the quick-development stage. Analysis are made to the technical formulation for the phosphating and lubrication treatment and pipe quality resulting from such treatments at each of the said three stages. The basis for selecting of the phosphating solution for the cold-rolled （drawn） pipes are put forward, and the development trend of the said techniques are forecast.
