摘  要:采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了SiO2为基质的Er3+掺杂的发光材料,样品经450℃煅烧,X-射线衍射(XRD)及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试结果表明该材料具有非晶态结构,颗粒尺寸为60~70nm。对样品进行荧光光谱分析表明该材料可以发射出较强的360nm的紫外光和弱的690nm的红光。In this paper with rare earth ion Er^3+ doped nano-SiO2 luminescent materials were prepared by sol-gel technology. After had been calcined at 450℃ for 4 hours, the structure of the samples was found to be amorphous with powder size between 60 and 70 nm determined by X-ray diffraction and SEM. There were two luminescence bands at 360nm and at 690nm in the photoluminescence spectrum. And the light of 360nm were much stronger than the one of 690nm.
