摘　　要：本文在区域构造背景和成矿地质条件的基础上,概述了四川某地蛇纹石猫眼成矿区的地质特征,得出四川某地蛇纹石猫眼产于蛇纹岩体的剪切裂隙中,呈脉状产出。其成因类型属于受构造控制的动力变质热液交代矿床。On base of regional tectonic setting and metallogenic geological condition, the paper summarizes geological conditions of serpentine Catrs-eye in Sichuan Province occurs in shearing fractures of serpentine as veins. The genesis pertains to dynamo metamorphism hydrothermal miasmatic deposit under structural control.
