摘　　要：用于清理铸件的抛丸机叶片材料为低铬稀土白口铸铁，淬火后不回火的叶片的使用寿命比经淬火、回火的叶片提高了15～20h，从而缩短了热处理周期，节约了能源，提高了经济效益。Vanes of peening machine used for cleaning castings are made of low-chromium white cast iron with RE. The service life of the vanes quenched but not tempered will be 15 - 20 h longer than the vanes subjected to quenching and tempering, and as a result heat treatment cycle of the vanes could be shortened, electric energy saved and economic gain increased.
