摘　　要：采用Ａｍｅｓ试验和小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验方法，对４０％增效水胺硫磷乳油进行了致突变性研究。该乳油对ＴＡ９７、ＴＡ９８、ＴＡ１００和ＴＡ１０２４种菌株不呈现致突变作用；在微核试验中，该乳油对雄性小鼠不引起微核率的显著增加。该乳油在以上两项致突变试验中均呈阴性结果，表明４０％增效水胺硫磷乳油没有明显致突变作用。In order to provide scientific toxicological basis,the Ames test and micronucleus test were done.The results indicated that the emulsion was negative in Ames test,while the known carcinogens tested gave positive results.Hence,40% synergistic isocarbophos emulsion was non-mutagenic in this test.In micronucleus test,the results showed that no mutation was observed when the intake level is as high as 3.96mg/kg body weight for 5 days.
