摘　　要：本文介绍了CMM的本质,提出了基于CMM的项目管理平台这一需求的产生,说明了平台采用基于ASP.NET的B/S结构设计,阐述了项目管理平台由项目管理系统、日志系统、过程资产管理系统三个子系统相互配合组成,并进一步描述了各子系统的功能和结构。The paper introduces the essence of CMM. It proposes the requirement to build project management platform based on CMM. The paper shows that the whole system adopt B/S structure design based on ASP. NET platform. And, it describes that the project management platform consists of three subsystems which cooperate with each other. The three subsystems are project management subsystem, log system, and asset management subsystem. Further, the paper explicates clearly the functions and framework of the three subsystems.
