摘　　要：甲午战争后,中国知识界经历了重大变动,一批新出现的知识群体通过创办各种报刊、学会等方式,逐步培育了近代中国的公众舆论,并形成近代中国的公共领域。汪康年是这一群体的典型代表。本文拟通过阐述其在创办报刊、学会等方面的经历,凸显出其对近代中国公共领域形成和发展作出的重大贡献。After the War of 1894, great changes took place in China＇s academic circles. An emerging intellectual group established all kinds of newspapers, magazines and institutes, gradually nurturing public opinions and forming the modem public sector in China in modem times. Wang Kangnian is the typical example of this group. This essay aims at highlighting Wang Kangnian＇s contributions to the formation and development of the public sectors in China by elaborating the establishing experience of Wang＇s newspapers, magazines and institutes.
