类风湿关节炎患者血清胆固醇酯转运蛋白水平观察及相关研究

摘　　要：目的分析类风湿关节炎(RA)患者血清胆固醇酯转运蛋白(CETP)水平及对脂质紊乱的影响。方法ELISA法测定RA患者(41例)血清CETP浓度,并与52例年龄、性别匹配的健康人作对照。结果RA组CETP浓度较对照组显著增加(3.15±2.04mg/Lvs.2.26±1.86mg/L,P<0.05)。总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等致动脉粥样硬化的血脂和脂蛋白水平也明显升高。结论RA患者血清CETP水平显著升高,高水平CETP可能是致RA高血脂的原因之一。Objective To investigate the serum cholesteryl ester transfer protein （CETP） levels in patients with rheumatoid arthritis （RA）, and to explore the influence of CETP on dyslipidemia in the patients. Methods Serum CETP concen-trations in 41 patients with RA and 52 healthy subjects matched for age and sex were measured with an ELISA. Results Compared control group,CETP concentrations were significanlty elevated in RA patients（3.15±2.04 mg/L vs. 2.26±1.86 mg/L ,P〈0.05）. In addition,total cholesterol （TC）,triglyceride （TG）,LDL cholesterol and other putative atherogenic lipid traits levels were also increased in RA pateints. Conclusion The CETP levels were increased in RA patients,and the elevated CETP mass may be one of the reasons for the hyperlipidemia of RA.
