摘 要:目的通过方法学比较为临床推荐一种更精确可靠的检测方法并为临床用药提供科学客观的参考依据。方法以目前常用的酶联免疫法(ELISA)和微粒子酶免疫(MEIA)技术,检测58例肝移植和肾移植患者血清中他克莫司的浓度,比较两者间的相关性。结果统计分析显示两种方法之间有较好的相关性(r=0.972),但两组结果比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),MEIA法检测值普遍比前者高。结论两种方法之间有较好的相关性,适合临床批量样本测试。但两种方法的检测结果没有可比性,不应互相比较。Objective To recommend a reliable and precise assay by compared in methodology for clinical medication. The concentration of FK506 in a given specimen determined with assays from different manufactures could vary due to differences in assay methods and reagent specificity. Methods A total of 58 patients were liver or kidney transplanted in Changzheng hospital. FK506 assay was based on ELISA and Microparticle Enzyme Immunoassay (MEIA) technology. Results MEIA assay was compared to ELISA methods. The results of the specimen testing were shown correlation (r=0.972). Conclusion The process of MEIA is convenient and reproducibility is better than ELISA. There is no comparability in two methods.
