催化裂化汽油在规整载体催化剂上烯烃转化的研究

摘  要:以择形分子筛制备的规整载体催化剂,在规整固定床反应器上,进行催化裂化汽油中烯烃转化产低碳烯烃的裂化反应。考察了不同附载组分规整载体催化剂反应温度和短接触时间对催化裂化汽油气液相收率和产品分布的影响。实验结果表明,规整载体催化剂具有较强的裂化活性和氢转移活性,在保证烯烃转化率的条件下,高反应温度、短接触时间可以抑制催化剂上的氢转移反应,温度、接触时间是影响转化率和选择性的重要因素,因此可通过改变温度、接触时间来提高目的产物的选择性。但是,单纯依靠改善反应条件,不能使目的产物的选择性和收率达到理想的效果,还必须对催化剂进行改性。利用稀土改性规整载体催化剂反应具有"双选择性"的特点,选择性地裂解催化裂化汽油中C_5~C_8烯烃,并选择性地生产乙烯、丙烯、丁烯。稀土改性后的规整载体催化剂提高了烯烃的转化率和丙烯的选择性,有利于丙烯的生成。The olefin conversion of FCC naphtha to produce light olefins over regular carrier catalyst preparated from shape-selective molecular sieve was studied in a regular fixed-bed reactor. The impact of reaction temperature of catalysts with different carrier components and short contact time on the FCC naphtha liquid yield and product distribution was investigated. The test results and calculations of reactants and reaction products before and after the reaction show that the regular carrier catalyst has strong catalyst cracking activity and hydrogen transfer activity. Under guaranteed olefin conversion rate condition, increased reaction temperature and shorter contact time can inhibit hydrogen transfer reaction over catalyst. In the catalytic cracking reaction of regular carrier catalyst with molecular sieve, temperature and contact time are the major factors affecting conversion and selectivity. Therefore, the selectivity of objective products can be improved by changing the temperature and contact time. However, the satisfactory selectivity and yield of the objective products can not solely depend upon the improved reaction conditions, and associated catalyst must be modified. The regular carrier catalyst modifed with rare earth has double selectivities : i.e. selectivity to crack the C5-C8 alkene in FCC naphtha and selectivity to produce ethylene, propylene and butylene. The RE-modified regular catalyst reaction has increased the olefin conversion and improved the propylene selectivity which is favourable for propylene production.
