摘  要:介绍由中国石油化工股份有限公司抚顺石油化工研究院开发的焦化汽油与直馏煤油混合加氢生产乙烯料和军用喷气燃料技术。该技术在中国石化镇海炼油化工股份有限公司800 kt/a焦化汽油与直馏煤油混合加氢装置上进行了工业应用,结果表明,采用FH-40C/FH-FS催化剂级配装填加工焦化汽油与直馏煤油混合油,在装置满负荷操作工况下,加氢石脑油满足乙烯料要求,加氢煤油达到《GB6537—2006》3号喷气燃料(军用)标准。In order to meet the market demand, the hydrotreating technology was developed by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum & Petrochemicals (FRIPP)/SINOPEC for processing the blends of coker naphtha and straight-run kerosene to produce maximum high-quality steam-cracking feedstock for ethylene cracker and military jet fuel product. The hydrotreating technology was first successfully applied on the 18 000 b/d commercial unit for processing coker gasoline and SR kerosene in Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company/SINOPEC. With FH-40C and FH-FS catalysts, the desired hydrotreated naphtha and jet fuel product were produced from coker naphtha and ST kerosene. At the full operation capacity, the hydrotreated naphtha meet the ethylene cracker feed specifications and hydrotreated kerosene meet the GB6537--2006 standard for 3# military jet fuel. The commercial application proves to be very successful.
