摘  要:分析了加拿大油砂沥青合成原油(SCO)、大港原油以及混合原油(由大港原油与SCO混合得到,大港原油:SCO=7:3)的性质,在此基础上考察了三种原油窄馏分的物性。SCO是低硫低凝环烷基原油,其硫、氮、胶质、沥青质、蜡和金属含量,以及凝点都很低。SCO的轻质油收率高,350℃之前的质量收率为55.37%,大于500℃的减压渣油的质量收率仅5%左右。混合原油是低硫中间基原油,500℃时的总拔出率比大港原油提高了10个百分点。混合原油的凝点、运动黏度,以及氮、胶质、沥青质、蜡和金属含量都比大港原油有较大幅度的下降,其中镍质量分数由大港原油的37.5μg/g降至混合原油的26.8μg/g。混合原油窄馏分的特性因数、苯胺点和酸度均低于大港原油相同沸点的窄馏分的数值,而混合原油窄馏分的运动黏度、密度和折光率均高于大港原油相同沸点的窄馏分的数值。This paper analyzes the properties of synthetic crude oil (SCO) derived from Canadian oil sands bitumen, Chinese Dagang crude and blended crude with the volume ratio of Dagang crude to SCO of 7:3. The properties of narrow fractions of these three crudes are investigated. SCO is a sweet naphthenic crude. The freezing point and the contents of sulfur, nitrogen, resins, asphahenes, wax and metals of SCO are low. SCO is high in light oil yield. The yield of distillation before 350 ℃ is 55.37 wt%, and the yield of vacuum residue over 500℃ is only about 5 wt%. The blended crude is a sweet intermediate crude. The yield of distillation before 500℃ of the blended crude is 10 wt% higher than that of Dagang crude. The freezing point, the kinetic viscosity and the contents of nitrogen, resins, asphahenes, wax and metals of the blended crude are lower than those of Da-gang crude. The content of nickel decreases from 37.5 ppm of Dagang crude to 26.8 ppm of the blended crude. The characterization factor, aniline point and acidity of the narrow fractions of the blended crude are lower than those of Dagang crude, while the kinetic viscosity, density and refractivity of the narrow fractions of blended crude are higher than those of the narrow fractions of the same boiling range of Dagang crude.
