溶剂油深度脱硫脱芳烃及其工业应用

摘　　要：介绍了洛阳石油化工工程公司开发的环保型溶剂油生产成套技术的工业应用,研究了工艺参数对溶剂油深度脱硫脱芳烃的影响。应用结果表明,生产的溶剂油低硫低芳烃、无色无味无毒,硫质量分数分别从680,163μg/g降至低于0.5,0.3μg/g,芳烃质量分数分别从17.5%和10.2%降至低于0.1%和0.05%。Solvent oil has been deeply desulfurized and dearomatized by using package technology for green solvent oil production developed by LPEC. The impacts of process parameters on desulfurization and dearomatization are investigated. The technology was commercially applied in Luoyang Jinda Petrochemical Company and PetrocChina Harbin Petrochemical Company. The results show that the products are low in sulfur and aromatics, colorless, nontoxic and odorless. The sulfur in product solvent oil is reduced to 0.5 and 0.3 ppm from 680 and 163 ppm, and the aromatics is reduced to 0.1% and 0.05% from 17.5% and 10.2%.
