电脱盐系统应对加工劣质原油的改造

摘　　要：介绍了金陵分公司Ⅱ套常减压蒸馏装置电脱盐系统应对加工劣质原油进行的改造和运行情况,以及对电脱盐系统的操作经验。通过对电脱盐系统采取增设热沉降罐、排水沉降罐等措施,解决了深度脱盐和环保问题,使脱后原油中盐质量浓度低于3 mg/L、水质量分数低于0.2%,电脱盐排水中油质量浓度低于150 mg/L。The revamp and operation of electric desalter for No. 2 atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit in SINOPEC Jinling Company for processing low-quality crude oil and operation experience are discussed. The installation of the heated crude oil settling tank and oily sewage treatment tank has solved the problems in deep desahing and environmental protection. The salt in desahed oil is lower than 3 mg/L, water in desahed oil is less than 0.2% and oil in drainage water is lower than 150 mg/L.
