摘  要:采用发散法以乙二胺、丙烯酸甲酯为原料合成-0.5~4.5代聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)树形分子,通过红外光谱表征其分子结构。先将铝酸钠溶液加入反应釜中,再将PAMAM稀释后与晶种一起加入反应釜中进行种分实验,并与无PAMAM添加剂进行对比。研究结果表明:PAMAM对氢氧化铝具有很好的吸附性能,以—COOCH3为端基的树形分子比以—NH2为端基的树形分子更能强化铝酸钠溶液的分解过程和提高铝酸钠的分解率,半代PAMAM随着代数的增加,在2.5代(含2.5代)之前强化效果增强,在2.5代之后强化效果减弱,2.5代PAMAM的加入与无PAMAM添加剂相比其种分分解率提高11.1%,粒径大于45μm的粒子体积分数增加3.45%;随着PAMAM用量的增加,铝酸钠的分解率提高。Generations -0.5-4.5G (G is generation) of poly (amid amine) (PAMAM) dendrimer were synthesized using ethylenediamine and methyl acrylate as raw materials by divergent method. Their structures were characterized by infrared spectra. After caustic aluminate solution was added to the stainless reactor, the PAMAM was diluted and the seeds were added to the reactor. The results show that PAMAM has good adsorptive force in the surface of aluminium trihydroxide seeds, and PAMAM dendrimer containing --COOCH3 terminal groups is better than that containing -- NH2 terminal groups as additives which can enhance the seed precipitation speed and precipitation ratio. The enhancement of PAMAM of half-generation increases with the build-up of PAMAM generation before 2.5G (include 3.5G) and decreases with the build-up of generation after 2.5G. 2.5G PAMAM were added in the sodium aluminate 2solutions, the precipitation ratio improves by 11.1%, product particle size (〉45 μm) increases by 3.45%, compared with the condition that no additives are added. The enhancement of PAMAM increases with the build-up of its concentration of solution.
