摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶技术两步法把Eu(BA)3掺入到SiO2中制备Eu(BA)3/SiO2复合发光材料,并对其发光性能进行研究。研究结果表明,制备Eu(BA)3/SiO2复合发光材料的最佳工艺条件是:水与正硅酸乙酯摩尔比为4,正硅酸乙酯、盐酸和六次甲基四胺的摩尔比为1-7.5×10-4-5×10-3,陈化温度为40℃,掺入SiO2中的苯甲酸和铕离子的摩尔比为3-1,苯甲酸铕掺入量为1%。对Eu(BA)3粉体和Eu(BA)3/SiO2复合发光材料荧光光谱进行比较发现:Eu(BA)3/SiO2复合发光材料激发光谱最大吸收峰变窄,同时发生蓝移,由288nm蓝移到280nm;Eu(BA)3/SiO2复合发光材料发射光谱在594nm和618nm处分别出现Eu3+的5D0→7F1和5D0→7F2跃迁发射,单位质量稀土配合物的发光强度是Eu(BA)3粉体的3倍左右。Eu(BA)3/SiO2 was prepared by moans of Eu(BA)3 incorporated into SiO2 matrix using a two stop sol-gel method and its luminescent characteristics were investigated. The results show that the optimal parameters of Eu(BA)3/SiO2 prepared are as follows: molar ratio of H20 to TEOS is 4, molar ratio of TEOS to HCI to (CH2)6N4 is 1:7.5×10^-4:5×10^-3, the precursor solution is converted to wet gel at 40 ℃, molar ratio of HBA to Eu^3+ is 3, and Eu(BA)3 o doped in material is 1%. Compared with fluorescence spectrum of Eu(BA)3 powder, Eu(BA)3/SiO2 synthesized in above condition has a narrower maximal excitation peak and a small blue shift, from 288 nm to 280 nm in excitation spectra. The ^5D0→^7F1 and ^5D0→^7F2 transition emissions of Eu^3+ appear at 594 nm and 618 nm in emission spectra, respectively, and the emission intensity of Eu(BA)3/SiO2 is three times as strong as that of Eu(BA)3 powder.
