摘  要:目的:以清胆颗粒喷雾干燥浸膏粉为样本,确立最佳高速搅拌制粒处方,并对高速搅拌制粒的工艺进一步优化。方法:应用正交试验法,以颗粒均匀度为考察指标,同时兼顾颗粒中有效成分,对影响清胆颗粒高速搅拌制粒过程的因素进行考察。结果:正交试验法设计的三个因素中,乙醇的浓度对颗粒的均匀性影响最显著,PEG-10000用量也有比较显著的影响。结论:最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度95%,PEG-10000比例为5%,糊精则视浸膏粉量可适当调节。Objective:To establish the best prescription of high speed wet granulation, and furtherly optimize the technology by high speed wet granulation of qingdan granule for the sample copy.Methods:To utilize the orthogonal experiment, granulation uniformity and effective component for the index, influencing factors of high speed wet granulation were inspected.Results:In the three influencing factors on granulation uniformity by orthogonal experiment, the effect of the alcohol concentration was the most significant, then was the dosage of PEG-10000.Conclusion:The best condition was: 95% alcohol, 5% PEG-10000, and dosage of dextrine may be regulated by powdered extract amount.
